Since it's opening, the Grill is becoming a favorite hangout spot of golfers and non-golfers alike. The Grill sports a full service bar, a panoramic window view of the course, and additional outdoor seating and bar access that overlooks the 18th hole.
Specialties
Chef Socorro Gill's menu features contemporary American cuisine and southern classics, with plenty of inspiration from her Hispanic heritage influencing flavors and menu style. Chef and her team pride themselves on their menu creations being scratch-made, seasonal and local, when possible - sourcing many ingredients from the El Dorado Farmer's Market during the season. Weekend Gulf fish features and specialty dining nights, such as Mexican and Italian dinners, will be pillars of the Grill programming.
