History
Ted and Addie Holland originally purchased the property located at the country crossroads of Highways 412 and 141 in the 1940s. Over the years, the business has played many roles as a gas station, beauty shop, clothing and fabric store and once even the winter home to a traveling zoo! In 1984, the building was remodeled and established as a quick shop that became famous for its fried chicken, ribs, and BBQ. At that time, the name was chosen in honor of Addie Holland, Rick's grandmother. in 2003, the State of Arkansas made plans to widen Highway 412 and Ms. Addie's was moved to its present location and continues to serve the community as a quick shop and restaurant offering up breakfast and lunch to travelers and locals alike.
