Established in 1937, Little Rock Housing Authority is the fourth oldest and largest housing authority in the state of Arkansas. It is a public body corporate and politic, exercising exclusively public, essential government functions and having all the powers necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and previsions of the Housing Authorities Act. The company provides publicly assisted housing comprised of traditional public housing, mixed finance sites and Section 8.
