History
A local doctor and his wife felt a calling by God to give back better than what they were doing during that season of their lives. They came up with offering free medical care to anyone who asks. A local church offered their facility to host the clinic which was in the evening twice a month after doctor's hours and several medical personnel would give of their time and specialties to treat those who came. In 2009 ECHO had moved into our current building because the need was great. Local groups committed to preparing and serving a free meal before the clinic in order to feed all the volunteers as well as patients. Thus, the thrift store was born in order to help off-set the cost of such a ministry. We have been featured on Oprah, Dr.Oz, and by Brigham Young University ministry.
