CASA of the 10th Judicial District is a member of the National CASA Association and aims to provide quality advocacy services to every child in foster care in the four counties it serves. With a network of nearly 1,000 CASA programs across the United States, CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to ensure that abused and neglected children do not get lost in the legal and social service system, and to advocate for their best interests until they are placed in a safe, permanent home.
Under the leadership of Executive Director Jerri M. Willis-Mendiola, who has a personal understanding of the foster care system, CASA of the 10th Judicial District is committed to improving the lives of children in Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Desha, and Drew counties. With the support of Volunteer Supervisor Adrienne Richardson, who brings six years of experience in social work, CASA strives to make a difference in the lives of others and ensure that every child has a voice and a chance for a better future.
