Bates and Associates, Inc. was formed to meet the increasing demand for civil engineering and land surveying services in the region. Bates and Associates, Inc. offers a wide range of services which include design, permitting and construction management of all phases of residential, commercial and municipal land development. We have the capability to meet any of our client's individual needs concerning all aspects of land development. Our physical location is in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. However, our services are provided throughout the entire state and beyond. As of now, we are able to perform any civil engineering or land surveying anywhere in Arkansas and Oklahoma. In 2008, we expanded our services throughout the state of Oklahoma and will soon be able to provide services in Missouri and Kansas. Bates and Associates, Inc. was established by Geoff Bates, P.E. and Derrick Thomas, P.L.S. Civil engineering and land surveying go hand in hand so Bates and Thomas wanted to combine and offer both of their services to the community. They wanted to be able to provide the complete package when it comes to any land development service.
