About Aaron "Blake" Ralston The year 2011 was an exciting one for Aaron "Blake" Ralston. He transitioned from bar tending and working at a car dealership to being a part of American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL). "It was the advancement opportunity that enticed me to join American Income Life," says Blake. "But the opportunity to help others see success they never thought was possible has been my greatest accomplishment. The ability to influence others and the income potential has been the most rewarding," he adds. Blake is passionate about the value of AIL products for both customers, AIL, and the community. "Our products help create peace of mind and secure family legacy - protecting current and future lifestyle. And we truly have unlimited opportunity, which improves the economy by additional employment and eligibility to start and run your own business," he emphasizes. Does Blake have advice for someone considering a career with American Income Life? "Listen to your mentor and follow the training system. Anyone can learn it and can see a ton of success with the right attitude and willingness to work," he says. "If I could restart my career, I would pick and choose more people to seek advice from ... people who have seen major success and have proven themselves as a quality asset to American Income Life," he adds. As with other AIL offices, Blake's Agency donates canned goods collected from customers to the local homeless shelter and to striking/unemployed workers. He also donates to New Life Church, which helped support 'Operation Houston' after the hurricane in September 2017. Free time for Blake is family time. "I have a son who is my world," he states proudly. " I also play golf and love camping."
