HistoryThis is a 3rd generation family owned business. Graham Meadville began serving the hearing impaired in 1962 due to his wife's hearing loss. He began with Rudy Sams, who first fit Lola with hearing aids. Graham worked in their Ft Smith, AR and traveled throughout AR, OK & MO. He became Rudy's partner, took over when Rudy retired, established an office under his name in Clarksville, AR in 1986 & opened a new office in Ft. Smith under the Meadville Hearing name in 1987. As Hearing Aid service became more prevalent in small towns, Graham reduced his travel but always went to his customer's homes when needed. His daughter, Vicki Howard began working in his Clarksville office when it opened taking ownership in 1997. His grandson, Jonathan Howard entered the profession in 2015 when he & Vicki began helping Graham with his customers. Jonathan took ownership in 2016 and he & Vicki are continuing to serve the customers in the Ft Smith area since Graham's passing in Feb 2018 at the age of 88.SpecialtiesMeadville Hearing Aids is a 3rd generation family owned and operated hearing healthcare facility.
