This Ft. Smith location was close to my hotel, so it was quick and convenient for morning coffee while in town for work. The line was fast. Staff were friendly at 7:30am! And my coffee was great.

The waitstaff was very rude and impatient. Took way to long to get our coffees. Then both our coffee orders were wrong. We will most definitely get our coffee somewhere else from now on.....
