History

After working more than 30 years combined in corporate America we decided to venture out and do what we were passionate about. That's cooking awesome comfort food, especially fried chicken, fried fish, Mac and cheese, banana pudding and more.

Currently we will be taking catering orders for the entire Phoenix metropolitan area. You can shop directly from the menu or if you need a customized menu call today. PLEASE note that there is a minimum $500 order and orders must be placed 4 days in advance.

HistoryBro's Seafood Todd Started his food truck in 2020 and wanted to grow it into something special. After some trial and error and becoming a renter of BLT Kitchens, a shared commissary that Kyle and Tommy own. They all realized there could be a partnership there. With Todd's work ethic and drive to be successful along with Tommy's culinary and Kyle's food truck experience, it made sense to get this partnership going.
