Established in 1980, Upper Crust Bakery began as a commissary bakery for the Big 4 restaurants. Since its establishment, it has grown to become a nationally recognized mid-sized specialty bakery. Its product line encompasses more than 300 baked goods that include breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, croissants, muffins and Danish. The company serves customers in both the Phoenix metropolitan area and on a national level. Its products are supplied to a variety of industries, such as food service; convenient stores; supermarkets; resorts and hotels; and airlines.
