Tratto is headed by Chris Bianco who is a James Beard award-winning chef. Reservations are highly recommended as the seating fills fast. Parties over six are required to have reservations. Walk-ins are always available at the bar top on a first come first served basis. The menu is small but well thought out and balanced. Try the Farinata, which is a thin savory chickpea crepe. Fill up on a pan seared double-cut pork chop or the grilled two wash ranch piccolo chicken. Tratto has a small wine list heavily focused on Italian reds and whites that will perfectly compliment the cuisine. Cocktails and draft beers are also available.
