Irrigation systems have not been maintained since the beginning of contract with management trust.

This furniture looks like this for over a year!

Walls are not wiped down on a regular basis. When they do touch up paint, it's not Matching sheen or color.

More excessive water staining from lack of maintenance of irrigation system around community.

Marks on walls and baseboards around common areas all over.

Staining on concrete and pavers all over property. We are not getting power washing on a regular schedule as we had before.
