History
The Lionel Holder Rehabilitation Clinic is a Division of University of Medical Sciences Arizona. It is the recipient of the 2015 Patient Choice Award by Opencare. We are a non-profit outpatient rehabilitation clinic staffed with physical therapists and occupational therapists. We provide therapy services for both Adults and Pediatrics. Our Mission is to provide quality patient centered therapy care that will increase the quality of life for individuals that have a disability or injury. Our Vision is to be a center of excellence for groundbreaking research based treatments that are a direct result of our highly skilled doctoral trained therapists. We believe that during rehabilitation, the patient should be educated by their therapist in order to be able to maintain maximum flexibility and a pain-free active life. We also believe that children should achieve their maximum potential of function for movements needed for daily tasks, school and play.
