Sunshine Cleaning & Restoration started out as a window cleaning company in 1987 under the name Sunshine Enterprises. Our service quickly expanded to include carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. We eventually changed our name to Sunshine Cleaning Systems LLC, dba Sunshine Cleaning & Restoration to reflect our diversity of services. Which now include full water, fire and mold damage restoration as well as reconstruction. Owned by the same family since 1987 we are proud to serve the Payson area and surrounding communities! We are even more proud of our great staff who pride themselves in doing great quality work. Our goal has been to provide top notch services to local people, by local people. We have succeeded through providing top level training to all of our staff including IICRC certifications. This training has allowed us to have a very low turnover which is unheard of in our line of work!
