For Ten years Travis has been finding better ways to motivate and show the importance of fitness and healthy life styles. While attending Arizona State University in the Exercise and Wellness Health Promotion program he learned that the majority of the population is overweight and inactive, and a very small percentage knows how to exercise or eat properly. While spending most of his career working in fitness centers he realized that he is only reaching out to a very small number of people, so as a result Travis started Stay Home Fitness. Travis wants to show the world that a healthy lifestyle and exercise can be anywhere and anytime. The idea behind Stay Home Fitness is to teach individuals how to set goals to achieve life time outcomes in the comfort of their own home, office or community.
