Howard Richter, our company president and CEO, has come from a family with an extensive background in construction. Prior to starting his own company, Howard served as a construction foreman for one of Arizonas leading builders, Schuffler and Kerley. Later he was the construction superintendent for Billingsley Construction Company, then one of the largest custom home builders in the area.
