Prior to beginning my own practice I had experience in financial statement audits and tax preparation at all levels. I was the CFO of a construction company and then began my own CPA firm where I specialized in Construction Reviews and Complex Tax Structures. Now over the last few years I have begun to devote my practice to helping those who have tax problems or complex tax situations. Innocent spouse, Offer & Compromise, Audits, Abatement of Penalties, Representation for Clients in Cases, and Appeals with both the IRS and Arizona, California, & New Mexico State I am currently licensed in Arizona and Idaho, but if your state has reciprocity I can help you regardless of where you live!
