Shanks Photography started in 2006 in Minnesota. It relocated to Byron Georgia that same year and shot portraiture and weddings with some event photography. It serviced a multitude of clients in a variety of different lighting situations. After relocating to Phoenix, Shanks Photography now specializes in headshots for both business and individuals.
Specialties
Our business specializes in Portrait headshots. It's normal to feel a little awkward and unsure of what to do when a camera is pointed at you. We make you feel relaxed in front of the camera so a natural expression can be achieved. We direct you into positions that bring out the best camera angles. During the Portrait session we will review shots together to see what you like and what you don't. We believe it's a cooperative effort. At the end of the day, it's ultimately your decision regarding what represents your personal branding.
