I started doing Pilates within my work as a Physical Therapist over 11 years ago and progressively started doing more private Pilates sessions as I realized how powerful Pilates exercises are in healing low back, neck, hip, shoulder and generalized pain! I opened Sage Pilates to continue this work in a peaceful and positive space.

Our teachers have a background in Physical Therapy and Pilates rehabilitation. Improve your posture, decrease back, neck, shoulder, knee and generalized pain by learning how to move your body, strengthen weak core and stabilizing muscles, and stretch the areas that may be tight.
