Pinnacle High School, established in 2000, serves students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,500 students and is rated as an Excelling School by the Arizona Department of Education. It offers classes in various subjects, including English, graphic design, social science, science, health education, foreign language, business studies and arts and crafts. It has athletic teams in several sports, including swimming and diving, golf, football, cross country, volleyball, basketball, soccer, wrestling, softball, tennis, cheerleading, lacrosse, ice hockey and track and field. The school also offers a wide variety of student clubs and organizations, such as environmental society, French club, 65 Roses, Jewish Student Union, photography club, National Honor Society, speech and debate. It also provides various extracurricular activities, such as newspaper, chorus, drama, band, video production and yearbook. Pinnacle High School is a part of the Paradise Valley Unified District and is located in Phoenix.
