Paint, Carpeting, all looked new. I would only suggest updating the bedding/curtains to something more soft and simple.

Bathroom was clean, same new tile on the floors, counter tops, and in the shower.

Brand new tile, countertops, paint, and even a full size fridge and microwave. Perfect!
