I created the LLC in the fall of 2018 with the need to hold space for all to learn yoga in a more formal environment. I also teach at EOS Fitness and have taught at Lifetime Fitness align with many other studios in Tempe, Los Angeles and Cleveland. Playing sports all of my life I know a sound daily yoga practice makes the difference in all facets of our day, no matter our occupation or physical/mental current capabilities.

Free parking, mat storage, mat rental, consultation and Water available Towels available free for unlimited memberships or just a $1 for non-unlimited memberships. Also small kitchen if you want to bring your lunch. Dog friendly. Room is cooled around 75 degrees for lunch classes but you may break a sweat just from putting in a great effort. Hot classes have the room above 80 degrees. Specialized power Vinyasa yoga studio offering corporate/group/scheduled classes for all levels/1-on-1 training along with Athletic speed and strength training for but not limited to the following sports; football, hockey, lacrosse, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, track and field, cross-country, gymnastics, tumbling, snowboarding and other extreme sports.
