Recipes and stories from the heart of Thailand. Chef/sous chef have experienced cooking Thai food over 10 years. Thai food is one of the best food in the world, and paring down a long list of all the magnificent dishes it has to offer is a difficult task. But I've tried my best to make sure all the dishes contain an eclectic yet thoughtfully curated array that presents the cuisine of Bangkok as it truly is-that of a proud city with long-held traditions, a diverse city where foods from many cultures have melded into a cohesive mosaic, a lively city where street dining goes on around the clock, and a modern cosmopolis whose cuisine is ever evolving and ever open to new influences. The dishes are a mix of traditional recipes that are still eaten today, my family's recipes, street-food classics, family-restaurant classics, adaptations of famous dishes from destination restaurants and street stalls, and my own recipes that I've made in my kitchen in the United States for more than a decade.
