The Frigomat GX8 Batch Freezer machine is an extremely innovative tool for producing consistently fresh and artisanal gelato. All ingredients except for local organic milk are imported directly from Italy, consisting of Pistachio from Bronte, Sicily, Hazelnut from Piedmont, and more.
