Lumberjack's Taco Shack was hand built by Chef and owner Lumberjack Cash - The Taco Boss. Over a period of 3 years he would save any spare money he could and go buy a piece of scrap metal and start cutting and grinding. In the end a brand new custom kitchen was created specifically for making the best grilled tacos possible. Since opening in January of 2016, Lumberjack's Taco Shack has won 4 awards and opened a summer location in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

Lumberjack's Taco Shack is an 16x Award Winning Custom Sonoran Style Street Taco and Grilled Corn Taco Truck. Lumberjack's Taco Shack makes all their own sauces, spice rubs , marinades, and everything gets cooked in beer and on a custom built grill. Plus every taco has its own custom sauce, not to mention and additional 40 hot sauces on display to choose from! We may be the smallest Taco Truck in the valley at only 10 feet long, but that doesn't stop us from having the biggest flavor. With a reinvented idea of how tacos should be prepared, everything is grilled and made from scratch daily. Chef and Owner Lumberjack Cash- The Taco boss, isn't classically trained, therefore isn't bound by classic limitations and rules when it comes to cooking. That's were tacos like the Donny Johnson came from, a 20 hour slow roast Habanero pork with pepperjack mac and cheese taco or the Billy Triplett with 3 meats and 3 custom sauces all on one taco!
