HistoryI opened Soul Salon and Spa in April 2021 after only living in Arizona for a few years. I am so passionate about this job and my clients, but the real dream is to be able to pass on my knowledge, to educate as many as I can in the industry. My experience with management has always been negative, which motivated me to become a good leader for my industry. With only 4 years' experience, I pride myself on my understanding and capabilities as not only an artist but also as an independent business owner and entrepreneur. I want to create as many hard working, consistent, loyal workers that care about what they do as much as me. In 2021 I have expanded my business to provide just that for the community, a better experience for both the consumer and stylist.
