I haven't ate anything yet, and look at the difference between the veggies amount, & chicken amount?? What's going on here?

Chicken chow mein, fried rice, hot tea, and soup

Sesame chicken on top, king pao chicken on bottom. Yellow part I'm sesame chicken was just breading.
