HOPE is a consumer-run organization that provides a range of services for individuals who suffer from behavioral health problems in southeast Arizona. It offers psychosocial assessment, clinical care and individual treatment planning for more than 50 individuals daily. The organization works to meet the educational, health care and community integration needs of youths and adults with mental and physical disabilities. It conducts a range of educational, awareness and recreational activities. HOPE offers training for the development of daily living and life skills. It also provides meal services, as well as operates the Nueva Luz Center, which is a residential treatment facility. Additionally, the organization offers the Peer Mentor Program, which maintains a nonemergency help line for mental illness patients. HOPE is located in Tucson, Ariz.
