Update also watch out. Gym is kept at 65 degrees, pool is on propane tank and closes for winter, fire pit has emergency stop kids hit and has to be reset with a key, and when propane runs out...

Don't move here infested with cockroaches. They won't fix the problem!! Look elsewhere, unless you don't mind covering your drains every night and duct taping your vents. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
