We had an appointment. They did not show up. They did not call us to tell us they would not be showing up and when we tried to call them, there's no answer.

Used them on a rental because they could show up. A month later drain was clogged again. I handled it that issue. Thought it a fluke. used them again, missed appointment came out the next day....

I can't speak to their service since I've never hired them to do any work but... if you're going to use the name Golden Rule than maybe you shouldn't park your truck in my reserved spot. Photo...
