For your initial session, we assess your current condition including any previous injuries or current physical limitations and review your fitness goals to customize a workout program appropriate for you. Our Fitness Age testing provides your biological/performance age, a better indicator of longevity than chronological age. These tests show the impact and progress of your workouts as you continue to improve your health and fitness. We offer programs from 2-5 sessions/week to fit your goals and lifestyle. Sessions are by appointment only to guarantee the personal, individualized attention you deserve to reach your fitness goals. Our individual and group workout sessions focus on cardio, core, and stretching, using various formats of resistance such as body weight, tubing, dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and more. Your workout may consist of conventional set training or incorporate high intensity interval training, each using various formats of resistance such as body weight, tubing, dumb bells, bar bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and more - always interesting, challenging, effective, and fun.
