History
I became massage therapist due to an injury to my right shoulder in which I lost full range of motion, muscle weakness & strength. I have always been person who loves working out and couldnt do it for up to one year. I went to sports doctor, had MRI/X-rays which turned out fine. Was told to take over counter drugs, ice and resistant band exercises to strenghen my rotator cuff. None of what I did worked or helped in anyway. At that point, I didn't know what to think. I remember receiving post card in mail from massage school offering free chair massages in hopes of recruiting new students. So I went and had 15 minute chair massage from massage therapist that performed Trigger Point Therapy. The results were amazing and I couldn't believe what a relief it was and how much it helped. It was a good hurt experience that felt great! I knew at that moment I needed a career change. So I enrolled/completed 1 year in a massage school back in 2007
