HistoryWe began as a business in Calgary Alberta, Canada - formerly known as OPT - working to change peoples lives through fitness. It grew to so much more than the acreage off Aspen Drive, it became a name known for leadership in physical training. With expanding growth of our Coaching Certification Program (CCP) we decided to make a physical move to Scottsdale, AZ in 2009. We have been so blessed with the changes and growth happening around us daily.SpecialtiesAt OPEX Fitness we work with people and athletes of all abilitiy and fitness levels. Whether you are competing in a sport, wanting to live a larger and longer life, or just want to feel your best, there is something for everyone! All new clients are paired with one of our expert coaches to provide you with an individualized training program to best meet your goals. You then execute this program in a semi-private environment with other OPEX members under the guidance of our entire coaching team.
