History
Originally began training kids through high school, helping improve them athletically for the opportunity to achieve college scholarships and professional careers. This developed into training club teams, high school teams, and an array of various sports, both men and woman of all ages. Expanded into training adults on weight loss and personal health goals.
Specialties
We train people of all ages (5-80). Whether your an athlete training for a sport; focusing on getting faster, quicker, stronger or being proactive to prevent future injuries. If you want to look and feel your best through weight loss, toning, or just to improve your confidence we help you accomplish these goals in a unique way.
