We opened August 18th. We are open 7 days a week.

Specialties

We are a heated vinyasa (flow) yoga studio. We also offer unheated flow and yin/restorative classes as well. We are female owned and operated. We love our veterans and first responders.

I tried arriving early but had issues finding the studio. Once I did find it, I was 1 minute late. The door was locked because they apparently start right on time. I wish they had a working number...
