History
Marymar chose to become a professional massage therapist after years of studying bodywork and getting to know the research on managing stress and expanding her self-care regimen. She began as a full-time student of massage therapy at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies (ASIS) in May of 2019, where she enrolled in an 800-hour certification program. Marymar realized that her integrative approach to massage therapy would be able to help many people in search of affordable health care and pain relief. That is why she began her business at the start of 2020, offering a sliding scale for her clients. Marymar's integrative approach to massage is a unique blend of modalities that is grounding and nurturing, allowing what each individual's needs are to be addressed, whether that means providing a deep, area-specific, therapeutic treatment or a gentle, relaxing massage. Each session flows from her hands as natural intuition and strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology guide her.
