Anuj Daftari, MD a board certified and fellowship-trained physician specialized in pain medicine. He is experienced in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management. Dr. Daftari received his pain medicine fellowship training at the Henry Ford Hospital-Wayne State University program. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Metrohealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and his internal medicine internship at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University Medical School in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Daftari obtained his masters degree in Biomedical Engineering and his bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from New Jersey Institute of Technology where he was an All-American Scholar and was actively involved in the Sigma Xi Research Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and Pi Mu Epsilon Mathematics Honor Society. Dr. Daftari is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR), American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP) and American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM).
