ABOUT Chef Robert Eckhardt - Who recently upgraded his title to Dad in May of 2020 when his son Robert Jr, aka baby Robbie, was born and the inspiration for Dad's Pizza Co. came to life. Rob and his wife Ali live in Scottsdale, AZ and love watching their son thrive in every way. After being in the Scottsdale restaurant industry for over 10 years he made the big leap to open a restaurant with his partner. Rob is an executive Chef with over 24 years experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industries has a successful history in improving guest satisfaction! Previously opened & was an executive chef at Drexel, Stella, The Vig, and Lons. Highly motivated, passionate, and well-organized to execute all in house needs, private parties, and catering operations around the country. Dedicated to kitchen hygiene and cleanliness and driven to raise the bar for fine dining and all aspects of guest relations.
