The service tech replaced the shower frame side, that had the new door magnet/catch, sealed it with silicone, and was done in about 10 mins!

The shower door magnet which was mounted to the shower frame, that kept the shower door shut, broke off.

Sharp edges- EXACTLY WHAT WE DIDN'T WANT!
