History
The CrossFit Journey began late 2005 and the time was spent learning the principles, training, and progressions. Began training clients operating out of commercially owned gyms and in 2008 we raised our own flag.
Specialties
Coached group strength & conditioning seven days a week. We teach and practice weightlifting, running, sprinting, and gymnastics combined in a wide variety and performed with intensity.
