Crazy Stuffed Breads are made with love and passion by skilled Sicilian chef John Gentile, who started out making these delectable little morsels of goodness years ago as a special treat for his friends and family. Everyone who tried Chef's John's delicious creations couldn't get enough, and so eventually he took their advice and decided to share his signature breads with the world. In 2019 he partnered with his good friend Anthony Penna and bought a food truck, and Crazy Stuffed breads was born. Today Chef John lovingly handmakes each Crazy Stuffed Bread himself, with dough that he whips up from scratch each day, and fills with nothing but the freshest ingredients, including grass-fed meats and organic veggies.
