Christown Spectrum Mall, formerly known as Phoenix Spectrum Mall, is one of the largest malls between Los Angeles and Houston. It is owned by Developers Diversified Realty, which manages more than 700 retail properties in the United States, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Russia and Canada. The mall, opened in 1961, features major stores, such as JCPenney, SuperTarget, Costco, Ross Dress For Less, PetSmart and Walgreens. It also plays movies at Harkins Christown 14. Christown Spectrum Mall offers a variety of dining options that include Charley's Steakery, HomeTown Buffet, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, South China Express and Taco Bell. Its other service stores include Alex Optical, Bath & Body Works, EyeMasters, Sally Beauty Supply, Supercuts and Tony's Shoe Repair.
