Molded baseboards should indicates previous water damage that was never corrected properly..

Would you prefer someone who gets on the roof or a drone/ladder inspection? I prefer to access the roof. I have 18 years of experience.

We observed damaged glass. The blinds were hiding the damage and the exterior was blocked off. This needs to be repaired.

The plumber argued me down. I asked him to pull out his code book. He didn't own one, so I pulled out mines. He added the drip leg.
