Dave and Pat are a husband and wife team with a passion for preparing great food. They are both originally from South America. The 80's was a great time- Not only did they meet in New York, but they also began their journey in cooking. Dave worked for many years in several restaurants throughout New York City learning a variety of cuisines, while Pat dedicated herself to the family with entertaining and catering for different events on many occasions. In 2013, Pat and Dave decided to create what is now known as Carh's Kitchen gourmet food truck.

Fresh cooked Multi-cultural Food Carh's kitchen started with the idea to open a family restaurant in Long Island, NY, and evolved into an on-the-go version of that idea in the West Coast. Dave and Pat Carh met in New York, and refined their fresh cooking style, skills and blend of multi-cultural flavors for 20 years. Their dream to open a restaurant sat on the back burner until they moved to Arizona and decided it was time to put that idea to work. Carh's Kitchen food truck, just like their menu was built and handcrafted from scratch. Today, Carh's Kitchen serves fresh cooked food valleywide, and offers award winning dishes guaranteed to satisfy any hunger.
