My name is Andrea Barkley and I'm the founder of Cardio Club. I've been a private fitness trainer, healthy cook, and organic protein shake recipe book author since 2008. I was dismayed by the lack of workout choices in the valley and wanted a place I where I could feel like an athlete and not get bored! I needed variety and intensity and incredible teachers. So I created what I wish existed. We're here to give you the quickest, most non-boring workout of your life so that you can tick cardio off your to-do list but still look forward to coming back for more.
Specialties
We offer a variety of quick and addictive cardio workouts set to heart pumping music in a motivating environment! We offer everything from sports performance style training (Training Camp) to Cardio REHAB (for beginners and those healing from an injury) to incredible dance fitness. We can't wait to workout with you! Each class is 45 minutes or less.
