History
After spending 15 years in the construction trade, I became a framing contractor in 1998, building everything from home addition and custom homes to commercial properties and tract homes. In 2004-2005 I became a Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Home Inspector. In the first three years, I contracted home and remodeling while doing home inspections for extra money. As time went on, I found that I enjoyed doing home inspections much more than contracting. I have always done something with homes or commercial properties; in all I have been in the industry for 31 years. I believe what sets me apart from other companies is my knowledge of the complete home from start to finish. I still love to go on roofs and crawl in attics and investigate all the components of a property. I like to make sure that buyers understand what repairs are needed with the property they may purchase. Buying a new property can be very exciting and daunting at the same time. Information is the key to success!
Specialties
Over 3,500 property inspections have been performed in the greater Phoenix area. I travel to your new prospective property and deliver a computer-generated report with pictures at the time of inspection. After arriving at the property hours beforehand and doing a thorough inspection, I will finish typing the report as you show up. We will then walk through the home or commercial property with report in hand, where you will receive a verbal and written explanation of any problems or defects. I specialize in explaining technical construction problems in an easy-to-understand manner. Accommodations may be made for late and weekend inspections. I look forward to meeting you and helping you make an informed property purchase decision.
