Pathway Home, a part of Southcentral Foundation offers long-term residential treatment for American individuals between the ages of 13 and 18. It is a 30-plus-bed facility and its programs are designed to address each resident's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs in a manner that is culturally sensitive and supportive. Located in Anchorage, Ark., its operator, Southcentral Foundation is a native-owned health care organization that serves American Indian people living in Anchorage, Mat-Su Valley and more than 60 rural villages in the Anchorage Service Unit. Founded in 1982, Southcentral Foundation is one of the largest of the nonprofits that has a staff of nearly 1,200 people in over 65 programs.
