Festival Fairbanks
Established in 1858, Festival Fairbanks Inc. is a community service organization that plans, organizes, develops and coordinates celebration activities for the City of Fairbanks. Located in Fairbanks, Alaska, it focuses on the economic development in Fairbanks and Interior Alaska forming groups, such as the Interior Alaska Manufacturer's Association and their annual Airport Display and the Interior Alaska Potato Exhibit. The organization has received recognition from the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution, the 50th Anniversary of the Alaska Highway, the World War II Commemorative Community activities and Fairbanks Centennial Celebrations. Festival Fairbanks Inc. has worked on various projects, such as Barnette's Landing Beautification Project and William Ransom Wood Centennial Bridge.
