Sifu Wong Jack Man's lineage goes back to when the Ching soldier burned the Shaolin Temple in the 1700s. From 1971-5, under Grandmaster Joe Greenstein/The Mighty Atom, Iron Palm, Iron Shirt-Golden Bell; also originates in meditative practices learned from the Wide Circle of Kung Fu, as does the Chi Sau (Sao) meditations; physical, non-physical and un-physical. The Tai Chi form originates from the Berkeley Chinese Cultural Center. Ba Gua comes mainly from the late Master S. T. Ying of Berkeley, California. Stationary and moving Qigong; martial and for health. Spear, staff, sword and Nunchakas; two piece, and three piece: are also taught. Teaching since 1991.
